At Northwood University, formal recruitment is a three day long journey where all Potential New Members are invited to come our and meet each sorority. Here, you are given the chance to learn about our history, philanthropy, leadership, and sisterhood. To us, our sisterhood is special and we hope you are all given the chance to see that. This years recruitment is held on September 22nd- 24th.

"Delta Zeta: encouragement, genuine, love, family. A few words that sum up our one of a kind sisterhood. This sorority has given me more than anything I could have imagined. I can whole heartedly say that I would not be the person I am today without joining this group of strong ladies. From the first day of recruitment, I could feel that DZ would become my home away from home for the next four years. Joining the sorority, I have gained lifelong friendships that are genuine. Delta Zeta not only offers to its members a strong and supportive sisterhood, but it provides plenty of leadership opportunities that allows you to grow and give back. We strive on developing into the best possible versions of ourselves through academics, leadership, and giving back. The Xi- Eta Chapter has truly impacted my life in ways I can not explain and I will forever be grateful to each sister who has joined in on this crazy journey we call life.
